Ian first started working for me when he was a recent high school graduate. At that point, he was a self-taught animator whose portfolio was incredibly impressive. It was obvious how crazy talented he was even at that young age. Since then, his skills have expanded exponentially and he has proven himself to be a reliable employee who meets deadlines, is great at ideation and great at interacting and interfacing with clients. His work-ethic is amazing and I, if given the opportunity, I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
